Apprentice Success Stories

Throughout the week we will be taking a closer look at some of the members of the team who participated in an apprenticeship scheme and are now full-time employees. Each apprentice took part in at least a year's training, following the works of existing employees and experiencing the day-to-day tasks they would need to complete. Upon the completion of the apprenticeship, the participants were offered full-time work and officially 'graduated' from their apprenticeship training.
