The customer service was great, and we were pleased with the products. Louis Allen was a pleasure to work with. Only downfall was my name wasn't on the delivery note for some reason, so I didn't get contacted when the items arrived at the O2, so it was hard to locate them afterward.

Slightly difficult website to navigate, but fortunately Billy was prepared to help me find exactly what I needed. He was articulate and quick with his responses and very professional. He suggested an alternative to the first bag I was looking at which was much better solution for what we needed. Payment options were clearly explained and delivery dates were accurate. When we wanted amendments made to the logo it was done quickly and fuss-free. Bags are good quality and look like the proofs.

I had a very tight deadline for a print run of bags and notepads. Callum Burton was my only point of contact throughout the process and he was absolutely excellent. He chased up all necessary suppliers and delivery companies including a last-minute potential hitch which he sold. The overall results and quality of the merchandise was first class and has been widely commented on. I would particularly like Callum to be recognised for his work internally however this is done.
