Hi there I sent emails back and fore to Louis Henry who was very helpful and when I asked to change the coin tokens she did it with help from Ramsay as well she stated as we had at first a circular one and I asked if they would kindly re-design it as we wanted a UK token with new £1 coin and not the circular one they didnt with no fuss for us. Ross helped me to work on my product and make sure it arrived on time. He sent me samples and made sure we were aware of cost and delivery schedule.
Ross rang me regarding some promotional pens and ended up selling me multiple products. He was very patient with my constantly changing requests and it was great to see visuals of each product. I needed all of the products I ordered within two weeks and had to pay extra to ensure delivery in time for an event for one of the items, but Ross took care of making sure everything was delivered in time.
