We are in Leicester and do most of the printing processes ourselves, with the more specialist techniques like laser printing and engraving being done by a local expert overnight for us. No waiting times or additional import duties to pay.

I contacted customer services about some personalised portfolio folders I wanted for a course. Harry Walton got back in touch with me via phone. Over the course of a few hours and multiple calls and emails, he sought out (based on my specifications) the perfect folder for me, amended my artwork to suit the colour I wanted and provided me with multiple proofs. I have now received the order and as with the proofs, I am very pleased with the product. Harry is a credit to Everything Branded and the reason why I will be returning to them for more buiseness. He was eloquent, polite and listened carefully to our concerns and made me believe that he would resolve any issues. If they have the recordings of our phone conversation, they should use them for instructions on the model customer care service.
