Super Express Spring Service – Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all products ordered under our Express or Super Express service categories.

1. Production Timeframes

Production times stated for Express or Super Express products represent estimated turnaround times and begin only once all of the following have been completed:

• Order confirmation

• Payment confirmation (where applicable)

• Final artwork approval

While every effort is made to meet the stated timelines, production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2. Order Cut-Off Times

Orders must be placed and all artwork approved before the applicable daily cut-off time to qualify for Express or Super Express production.

Orders received after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next working day, which may affect the overall turnaround time.

3. Artwork Approval

Express production begins only after final artwork approval has been received.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork submitted is accurate, print-ready, and approved promptly. Any delays in providing artwork, approving proofs, or requesting revisions may result in extended production timelines.

We are not responsible for errors in artwork that have been approved by the customer.

4. Stock Availability

All Express and Super Express products are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation.

In the event that stock becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to:

• Offer an alternative product

• Revise the production timeline

• Cancel and refund the order where appropriate

5. Dispatch & Delivery

Production timelines refer to production and dispatch only.

Delivery times depend on the courier service and destination and are outside of our control once the order has been dispatched. While we work with reliable delivery partners, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

6. Requested Delivery Dates

Any requested or expected delivery dates provided by the customer are treated as estimates only.

We shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or event disruptions resulting from delays in delivery.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the fast-turnaround nature of Express products:

• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun

• Changes requested after artwork approval may incur additional charges and revised production timelines

8. Decoration & Customisation Limitations

Certain decoration methods, finishes, or product customisation options may not be available under Express or Super Express production timelines.

Where applicable, any such limitations will be communicated prior to production.

9. Product Variations

Minor variations in colour, positioning, or finish may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing and printing processes. These variations are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.

10. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• courier delays

• customs clearance delays

• supply chain disruptions

• severe weather conditions

• force majeure events

11. Minimum Order Quantities

Express and Super Express services may be subject to specific minimum order quantities depending on the product.

12. Right to Amend

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
