The type of artwork you supply will depend on the printing process used for that particular product. Please refer to our guide below to enable you to supply the correct artwork.
Suitable for all types of print. The majority of print processes and product types don’t allow for the reproduction of tints of a solid colour, any tinted areas of your artwork will need to be converted to a solid colour.
Suitable only for full colour/process/transfer print, cannot be used for screen printing, debossing or engraving.
Our designers can convert your logo to vector format. You will need to provide artwork in high resolution format. Please don't resave your artwork using vector file format like .eps this makes no difference.
Please note that some products will have a setup cost added to the unit costs shown above. Setup costs vary from £10 - £75 depending on the items and can be per colour.
30 day invoice - This is only offered subject to satisfactory credit check and account history. Public sector clients will require an official purchase order or directors approval.

We accept all cards except AMEX. There's a small charge for using credit and debit cards.

All delivery times are dependent upon print proof approval The average shipping time for standard packages is 7 – 10 working days but we do aim to exceed where possible.
The shipping costs are based on the volume and weight of the shipment. If you would like to have an indication of the shipping charges, please feel free to ask for a quote. The costs of shipping will be shown on the quotation.

Customer service is fabulous! The account manager I was communicating with, Jasmine Thakrar, went out of her way the first time I ordered products from them at an incredibly tight schedule (everything ordered, made & delivered within 3 working days), and this time she even helped with a small design change that I easily communicated without having to to send my own designs as proof of what I meant - absolutely no hassle. The products on the other hand are genuinely what you pay for. I ordered some keyrings for our marketing department where the main issue was price - we got the cheapest ones, which meant there's no bells or whistles or drop-down gorgous colours, but the plastic itself was a genuine white with a lower quality but still semi-durable print. It was great for giving out as freebies, but the finer prints won't survive being dragged around in pockets for more than a couple of months - although that wasn't really the intention in our case anyways. The order was also executed in the time they said it would be (max. 10 days) so no problems there, either.
