5 tips for working from home

Maintain your morning routine – it is important to keep a routine when starting your day’s work. Keep moving – While being at home, it is even more important to ensure you are getting enough exercise and keep moving. While your office may only be the room opposite your bedroom, it is even more important you stretch your legs and keep active.

Disconnect at the end of the day – It can be hard to separate home life and work-life when being at home, which is why it is so important for you to unwind and stop when your shift is over.
