Reusable Drinkware Giveaway for Blue Friday!

Tomorrow EverythingBranded’s alternative to Black Friday, ‘Blue Friday’ launches. Our Blue Friday campaign is designed to challenge the consumer values of black Friday, and instead promote responsible consumption in the hope to reduce plastic waste. Our Blue Friday promotion offers a discount on our range of reusable, recyclable and recycled products.

In the UK alone, we use 7 million disposable coffee cups every day and 13 billion plastic bottles. Recent research states that by the year 2050 there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish, unless we act now.

Discussing EverythingBranded’s choice of Eco campaign CEO Paul Rowlett explained: “Our challenge is to supply high quality products whilst meeting the best criteria for eco-sensitivity. When you use recycled paper instead of “virgin” paper, you are contributing to saving 7,000 gallons of water per ton of paper produced and you’re also offsetting the destruction of 900 million trees per year. Existing resources are finite and fragile, not to mention the impact that deforestation has on global warming.”

Reusable Drinkware Giveaway!

In honour of our Blue Friday campaign, CEO Paul Rowlett decided to offer the first 100 customers who take advantage of our Blue Friday discount code a free usable bottle or coffee cup, to encourage the use of reusable drinkware products.

It is estimated that 2.5–10 billion disposable coffee cups and plastic bottles are used every year in the U.K. Most of these end up in landfill or as litter, and due to their lightweight structure they eventually find their way into our oceans. There is now around 5.25 trillion macro and micro-plastic pieces floating in the open ocean. Weighing up to 269,000 tonnes. Plastics consistently make up 60 to 90% of all marine-debris studied.

So what are you waiting for? With our free reusable drinkware products you have no excuse, so make the switch to reusable drinkware today!
