Men’s radio, Radio Leicester & Peter Jones – Just a normal week for EverythingBranded boss Paul Rowlett
Following his appearance on the Secret Teacher last week, Paul’s media commitments show no sign of slowing down…
Another day, another media appearance for EverythingBranded CEO and founder Paul Rowlett. After starring in the opening episode of Channel 4’s new series, The Secret Teacher, Paul has been the subject of incredible media interest. On Tuesday, he appeared on BBC Radio Leicester, but also on the agenda this week was an interview with Russ Kane for Men’s Radio, and filming for the foundation set up Dragon’s Den star Peter Jones.
His Radio Leicester appearance
On Tuesday, Paul was interviewed on Ben Jackson’s morning show on BBC Radio Leicester to discuss his appearance on The Secret Teacher, and gave an update on Loui and Courtney, the two students he helped. He also chatted about his own school days, where he left with just one GCSE, his time in the Navy, his various jobs, having his home repossessed and living on benefits before launching EverythingBranded.
Loui & Courtney
Loui and Courtney, the two students he helped on The Secret Teacher, continue to do well. He revealed that Courtney is looking forward to receiving her GCSE results on August 23, while Loui is preparing to move up to Leicester from Cheshunt to start working at EverythingBranded.
The Peter Jones Foundation
But Paul’s media commitments don’t stop there. Tuesday was a busy day, as the Peter Jones Foundation came to the EB offices for filming. The academy was founded in 2009 by Dragons’ Den star Peter Jones CBE, and their courses encourage entrepreneurship and allow students to develop their own business ideas. EverythingBranded is a Silver Partner of the foundation, and Paul spent much of the day filming a ‘Flash Challenge’ that tutors would use as part of their lessons for the students.
Paul appears on Men’s Radio
And on Wednesday, Paul recorded an hour-log interview with Men’s Radio, where he was quizzed by radio presenter Russ Kane. Covering Paul’s background, life, struggles, career, business and The Secret Teacher, it promises to be a compelling listen.
