Many of us will make a healthy New Year's resolution – maybe to lose weight, quit smoking or drink less. Psychologists have found you're more likely to succeed if you share your decision to change with friends who can offer support when you’re wavering and encouragement when you’re doing well at sticking to your resolution. Poor eating habits during the day can be a significant part of the problem for people struggling with their weight. The workplace is an ideal place to spread the message for healthy eating strategies – as well as providing a communal environment to encourage people to shed the pounds. This time of year and the chilly weather that comes with it can often leave us feeling sluggish and demotivated- so what better time to put ourselves to the challenge, put down our delicious winter-spiced drinks, pick up our water bottles and push ourselves!
