EverythingBranded.co.uk donates to Fun Palaces 2017

EverythingBranded.co.uk is delighted to announce it has donated a number of promotional wristbands to the Lincoln Fun Palace.

This is the second time the group has donated to a Fun Palace after donating wristbands to the Brockwell Lido Fun Palace in 2016.

A Fun Palace is a free community event with fun, arts and science at the heart of it. The Lincoln Fun Palace had activities that included Lego building, poetry and dance workshops.

Michael Woodhall from the event, said: “It was great to see so many new faces at Lincoln Performing Arts Centre, getting involved with a variety of arts and science activities.

“Our donation of wristbands given from ‘Everything Branded’ meant that hundreds of our visitors took home a souvenir reminding them of the fun they had at our venue, hopefully encouraging another visit from them again soon!”

The original Fun Palace was the idea of the Mother of Modern Theatre, Joan Littlewood, in the 1960s. It was revived by Stella Duffy and Sarah Jane Rawlings in 2013 with the view of using community spaces in a fun and educational way.

Paul Rowlett, Managing Director at EverythingBranded, said: “We’re really pleased we were able to support a Fun Palace again this year. With Brockwell Lido not running an event, we were keen to still be involved in a cause that we truly believe in.

“We hope that everyone who turned up to the event went home with a wristband to remember the day by.”
