The nature of the products we have available here at EverythingBranded.co.uk means we work with businesses and organisations of all kinds.

One large portion of our customers are charities and occasionally more personal fundraisers. Through the products we sell, we are put into contact with some of the most worthy and fantastic causes in the country.

One of those causes we worked with and donated promotional goods to, were a family who were looking to raise £100,000 to help a young man named Daryl receive a bone marrow transplant.

Daryl is 13 and from Somerset. On April 16, 2015 Daryl was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukaemia (Atypical CML Monomonasomie 7 and GATA 2). It is entirely possible that Daryl may be the only child in the UK to have this condition.

Two months later he received a bone marrow transplant from his older brother Brad. However, although it was a positive step, ten months later, and a year after his original diagnosis, Daryl replaced and would require further treatment.

As this was his second round of treatment the family had to apply for NHS funding which unfortunately they did not receive.

As a result, they are asking for kind donations to help Daryl out. They have been told the procedure will cost between £80 – £100k.

We are pleased to be in a position to donate the wristbands which will help raise both awareness and much needed funds for Daryl.

Paul Rowlett, Managing Director at EverythingBranded.co.uk, said: “We work with a lot of fantastic causes, however not many are as urgent and pressing as this one.

“When Daryl’s aunt came to us we were pleased to be able to offer something which would help them in their goal.”

If you would like to keep up with how Daryl’s story is doing and would like to donate to this fantastic cause, please head to their JustGiving page, which can be found here.
