So how are all these stress balls and other stress products made ?

Manufacture of our promotional stress products are made in a ultra modern factory in south-east China and are then freighted to the UK by air or sea from as little as 3 weeks lead time.

All our promotional stress products are made from polyurethane (PU) which starts off in liquid form and is then poured into moulds of two halves. The filled moulds are then heated to “set” the PU and once cool, are removed from the moulds to be finished. This involves trimming, spraying and applying the print. Solid colours are pad printed whilst full colour logos are usually transfer printed. All Promotional stress products are finally quality checked and individually polybagged.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our promotional stress products and control of our goods. Not one promotional stress product leaves our factory unless it is finished to an extremely high standard. However, due to the nature of the PU in that the density of each promotional stress product this can differ, it would be unreasonable not to allow for slight imperfections in the consistency of the promotional stress product and the imprint. Occasionally a certain amount of distortion is unavoidable with the promotional stress product, but you can be rest assured that we endeavour to prevent this as much as possible.
